Please prepare cover memo for the materials that will be distributed to all managers for the Communicating Effectively seminar. Indicate that participants should plan to bring the enclosed materials to the seminar. Ask the managers to complete the survey form before they come to the seminar and to read the brochure “Identifying Communication Barriers.”
Remind the managers of the seminar date (use Wednesday of next week) and indicate that the seminar will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. in Conference Room A. Explain that there will be a break for 25 minutes at 2 p.m. when participants may check messages or return calls.
You will find the seminar materials that should be enclosed with the memos in your mail box.
