Paper details:
I need a project proposal and its more of a scholarly proposal than it is a research proposal. It must be written in third person and I will be described as the clinician. Furthermore it must be no longer than 8 pages not including the title page and reference page. The proposal must include the four objectives that I have already created for this project. In addition each objective must have a minimum of two methodologies with formative and summative evaluation for each. The formative evaluation must be broken down into four weeks and include a 4 week timeline as an appendix. Attached I have some resources to guide in this project proposal. In those attachments is included my week 3 discussion which has the results that I want to focus on from the NDNQI and the Avatar. In addition I attached how I need the paper layout with the headings. See objectives below:
Objective 1: The learner will develop an initiative to improve nursing engagement in the surgical department staff meetings by the end of the practicum project.
Objective 2: The learner will examine the data from the 2015 NDNQI and the Avatar employee satisfaction survey to determine any gaps in engagement communication and or satisfaction by the end of the practicum project.
Objective 3: The learner will examine literature on the subject of disengagement nursing satisfaction and communication by the end of the practicum project.
Objective 4: The learner will implement an initiative to improve the nursing engagement specifically in our surgical department staff meetings after approval from the management team by the end of the practicum project.
